What is Love Week?
One week.
One church.
A whole region served.
Love Week is Kings Church stepping outside our walls to love and serve our communities in practical ways. For one week, our campuses pause regular programming and come together to meet real needs across our region — serving neighbours, families, local organizations, and anyone who could use a helping hand.
Sometimes that looks like free groceries or a community event. Sometimes it’s helping a family, serving a local organization, handing out hot dogs, or simply showing up for someone who needs to know they’re not alone. Hundreds of volunteers. Thousands of acts of kindness. One week dedicated to showing our region the love of Jesus — with no strings attached.
It starts with a name
Love Week starts with people. A family going through a difficult season. A neighbour who could use some help. A local organization with a need we can meet. If someone comes to mind, tell us their name or their story — and we’ll see how we can help.
Everybody has a part
There’s a place for everyone during Love Week. No special experience required — just a willingness to serve. Choose a project, bring a friend or your family, and give a few hours to make a difference in your community.
Generosity fuels it
Every act of generosity helps make Love Week possible. Groceries, supplies, meals, fuel, community events and practical support are all funded through your giving. Every dollar given to Love Week goes right back into serving the communities Kings Church calls home.
